The St. Croix Valley Foundation strives to run an effective, caring philanthropic organization serving the needs of the St. Croix Valley forever. In order to improve efficiency going forward, the Foundation has launched an ONLINE PORTAL for its philanthropic fund holders.
Today, more and more people are comfortable utilizing online portals – to access medical records, bank statements or other private client information. “Portals are secure and never closed,” notes Shelley Calvert, SCVF Director of Operations. “They’re always available for clients to access information whenever it’s convenient.” Portal access is just one piece of a months-long rebuild of systems, data and technology at the Foundation.
The St. Croix Valley Foundation provides over $5 million in annual grants and scholarships throughout the St. Croix Valley and beyond. The St. Croix Valley Foundation manages 500 charitable funds with over $90 million in total assets – and those figures are growing. “Our donors have a strong positive outlook for this region,” says Heather Logelin, SCVF President. “We’ve implemented these technology improvements to better serve our donors and the needs of the region.”
