At the St. Croix Valley Foundation, our work happens where it matters most: in the community. We meet with community members, visit nonprofits, and build partnerships across our six-county region to strengthen the places we call home. And that work shapes our flexible, hybrid schedule.

Our team works Monday–Friday, 8:30–4:30. Most staff work remotely on Fridays, with Monday–Thursday split between in-office and community-based work.
