In River Falls, Ellsworth, and Hudson, at-risk students now receive free mental health support through a Vibrant Communities grant to St. Croix Valley Restorative Services. The program removes barriers like cost, transportation, and access so young people can get the care they need.

Working with school counselors, licensed therapists provide trauma-informed care year-round. Peer groups on emotional management, relationships, and healthy habits help students build lasting resilience.

“This program ensures every student, regardless of financial situation, has the opportunity to heal, grow, and succeed,” staff members shared.
