Reporting to the President, the Director of Operations provides leadership for the foundation’s internal operations and community affiliate program. This position is responsible for understanding internal and external constituents’ needs, ensuring that the foundation’s operational systems – including structure, staffing and workflow processes – are aligned with its strategic objectives.
