Northwest Alliance Community Foundation (NACF) nurtures the strength and well-being of our community by offering guidance and providing resources that support positive solutions.
We grow our communities through your gifts.
We accomplish this by acting as:

HISTORY
Founded in November of 2013, Northwest Alliance Community Foundation (NACF) is a regional, non-profit community foundation made up of volunteers who are dedicated to improving and enriching the quality of life in the Polk and Burnett County region.
IMPACT
Recent grants have included:

To meet the Mental Health needs of the community; Interfaith Caregivers, Webster School District, Caring Hearts, Kinship of Polk County, Mental Health Task Force Polk County

Supporting education and school challenges during COVID-19; grants to Grantsburg, Siren, Webster, Frederic, Luck, Unity and St. Croix Falls school districts to create and support safe learning environments, also Grantsburg Community Education, Friends of the Frederic Library
