In 1999 the Hudson Community Foundation was founded (initially as the Hudson Community Fund) via community leader support and a matching grant from the Bremer Foundation. Since 1999, Hudson Community Foundation has provided funds and support for numerous organizations and projects which advance the quality of life in the Hudson area.

Hudson Medical Center, O’Connell Scholarship Fund,
Hudson High School Scholarships, Winona State Univ. Scholarship,
University of Wisconsin – Madison Scholarship,
Hudson High School Seniors, St. Croix Valley YMCA – Y Partners,
Operation Help, Hudson Community Action,
EP Rock Elementary School – Stand By Me Program,
Minnesota Orchestral Association, Bridge for Hudson Youth,
St. Croix Family Resource Center, Hudson Education Literacy Project,
Hudson High School Soccer Stadium
Hudson Community Foundation provide funding for education, human services, civic projects, youth and the environment.
Qualified grantee projects will benefit the Hudson community and will provide a clearly defined need, audience, cost and plan for implementation.
