Rick is a Business Banker with experience in Commercial lending. Rick's heart is in community organizing and rural economic development.

ANN HERZOG DREWISKE
Ann works alongside nonprofits to help them grow and make them more sustainable through good governance, volunteer management, clear strategy and advancement of organizations including fundraising.

GARY GERDS
Gary spent 40+ years as a consultant and trainer in both the public and private sectors. His current focus includes Board Member Development and Strategic Planning.

JULIE GRECIAN
Julie has over 20 years of program management experience, which has prepared her to assist nonprofits with organizational development, volunteer management and fundraising.

CECILY HARRIS
For 35 years, Cecily has supported clients in the areas of fund development, marketing, and program planning. Often her client engagements include a combination of strategic planning, coaching, and problem solving.

GARY KELSEY
Gary has 44 years of experience in the nonprofit, government and education sectors. Gary's consulting focuses on board recruitment, development, and governance; and strategic planning.

ADRIANE LEPAGE
Adriane brings over 15 years experience in strategic planning, volunteer program development, program evaluation, and meeting facilitation.

MIRIAM SIMMONS
Miriam is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian. She helps nonprofits write and revise bylaws and is an expert on coaching boards on running effective meetings.

TOM TRIPLETT
Tom helps new nonprofits with incorporation and tax-exemption processes; for more established nonprofits, Tom identifies and evaluates non-traditional revenue streams (including earned income).

Angie brings more than 18 years of experience developing educational and enrichment programming, planning events, building marketing plans, fostering community engagement, and expanding partnerships.
