The St. Croix Valley Foundation has limited funds for making grants beyond our existing grant programs.
However, we will forward unsolicited proposals to donors that hold funds at the Foundation if we know the donor's charitable interests closely align with the goals outlined in an agency's project proposal. Applicants should understand that the likelihood of obtaining funding through this process is very low.
If your organization is a qualified nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and would like to be considered through this process, please submit a proposal following directions on the application materials and submit your proposal on or before the dates listed below.
