Memorials for James Richard Smith are being directed to the Johnathan Patrick Erspamer Fund of the St. Croix Valley Foundation
Through generous gifts from family, friends and community members, the Jonathan Patrick Erspamer Fund was established in 1997 as a permanently endowed fund within the St. Croix Valley Foundation.
The purpose of this fund is to provide support for disability programs and services in our community.
Grants from this fund have been awarded to: Amery School District Special Education, Break Through Inc., Camp Chatterbox-Midwest, Community Homestead, Courage Center, Crystal Ball Farm Special Kid’s Day, Gillette Children’s Hospital, Niessen Foundation for Disabled Skiers, Masonic Medical Foundation (Service Dog Program), Polk County Special Olympics and River Valley Therapeutic Riding.
